Tracie is our Salon Coordinator and has been with The Gilded Lily since June 2020, where she started as a front desk teammate. Her past experience as a social worker, coupled with her love of the beauty industry, informs her work at The Gilded Lily. Tracie focuses on ensuring every guest has a seamless and luxurious self-care experience, systemizing behind-the-scenes operations, and supporting teammates so they continue to thrive in their careers.

Loves: her dog so much that she has Chloe’s portrait tattooed on her arm.

Fun fact: Tracie fools everyone into thinking she’s an extravert, but puts on her pjs and sits in silence the second she gets home.
